How do I get started on a pack?

To get started on your chosen package, simply add it to your cart and complete the purchase. Once completed we will then reach out to you!

What happens after I’ve purchased?

After you’ve purchased a package, you’ll receive an email from one of our team members shortly after. We will discuss the package, your business and anything we need to start working on the project.

We aim to contact you same day regarding your package, however, please note that any weekend purchases will be contacted on the monday.

I need some custom work. What should I do?

If you have something a little more custom, simply contact us first and we will be able to discuss what’s needed and direct you to the right package. We can then get started!

How can I redeem my code?

You can redeem your code on the checkout page. If you have any issues with your code, contact us first and we will help!

I’ve changed my mind - can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a full refund if you change your mind prior to work beginning. Once work has begun, we cannot offer a refund. Partial refunds may be liable. Please contact us to discuss.
